WINGS is a Project Based on Exchanges which develops agents of positive change around Social Responsibility. Building networks with different stakeholders of Barranquilla community, WINGS wants to generate an understanding, conviction and actions in Corporate Social Responsibility, thus, business manage the economic, social and environmental impacts of their operation to maximize the benefit and minimize the downsides of every stakeholder of Barranquilla community.
WINGS has three strategies to get this impact:
- Exchange experiences where young AIESEC talents develop Social Responsibility projects in Companies from Barranquilla.
- Creating a learning network where different stakeholders of Barranquilla community generate an understanding, a conviction and actions in Corporate Social Responsibility.
- Learning spaces where young talents develop AIESEC changing agent characteristics around the issue: entrepreneurship, social responsibility, multicultural sensibility, and active learning.
